09ok Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Players

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use a 09ok account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Corporate entities may not register personal gaming accounts.
• You must be the account holder of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• You must not be a self-excluded player or subject to any account restriction or closure imposed by 09ok.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your account. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

09ok reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including proof of age and proof of identity. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 09ok may result in account restriction or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Account Registration and Management

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 09ok Platform. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your password. 09ok will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat.
• Any activity conducted through your 09ok account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 09ok support immediately.
• 09ok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that it reasonably believes is in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to accounts found to hold duplicate registrations.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before withdrawal requests are processed. You must submit a valid government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership.

All personal information submitted to 09ok during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point must be accurate and kept up to date. You must notify 09ok promptly of any material change to your registered details, including your contact mobile number.

Deposits and Withdrawals

09ok supports a range of payment methods for Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit on 09ok is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit cap, though 09ok reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 09ok wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) may take up to one business day to credit.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("same-method withdrawal rule"). 09ok does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's name.
• Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes at any hour, subject to KYC clearance. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for requests received before 21:00 BST (UTC+6).
• 09ok reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, or pending investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms. During any such investigation, the Player's account may be temporarily restricted.

09ok does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply its own service charges. 09ok is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

Bonuses and Promotions

09ok offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, and each individual promotion may carry additional specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Players must complete the wagering requirement using their own funds or bonus funds as specified.
• A welcome bonus or any other deposit-linked bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player account, per promotion period. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• 09ok reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter the terms of an existing bonus offer, or disqualify a player from a promotion at any time if it has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, collusion, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion carry the RTP and game restrictions specified in the individual promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.

Seasonal promotions linked to Bangladesh cultural events — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26) — are time-limited and may be withdrawn at the end of the relevant promotional period without prior notice. Players are responsible for checking the expiry date of any active promotion before placing bets intended to meet wagering requirements.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 09ok Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through nominees, agents, or related parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or otherwise interface with the 09ok Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or launder funds through the Platform.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activity, or using the 09ok Platform for any money-laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, games, or payment systems for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be void.

Responsible Gaming

09ok is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. The following tools and policies are in place to support players who wish to manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may request that a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit be applied to their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request voluntary self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 09ok Platform without the prior written consent of 09ok. Unauthorised use of 09ok intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 09ok's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• 09ok is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the Platform, even if 09ok has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• 09ok is not responsible for any failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider downtime, force majeure events, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Where 09ok is found to be liable for a direct loss, its maximum liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

09ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 09ok will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant, 09ok may also notify active players via the Platform or via the registered contact details on their account.

Your continued use of the 09ok Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any available balance in your account subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions in Clause 3.
